Baseball Recap: Shawnee Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bellbrook, Shawnee was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Bethel Bees by a score of 4-1. The victory continues a trend for the Braves in their matchups with the Bees: they've now won three in a row.

Kaiden Roeder was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four stolen bases and two runs. He has become a key player for Shawnee: the team is 4-2 when he posts at least two runs, but 4-13 otherwise.

Shawnee's win bumped their record up to 8-15. As for Bethel, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Shawnee nor Bethel have any future games scheduled.
