Richland is a perfect 10-0 against Chestnut Ridge since September of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Rams will look to defend their home pitch against the Lions at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Richland has eight straight wins, Chestnut Ridge has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Richland gave up the first goal on Saturday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Conemaugh Township, sneaking past 2-1. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Richland's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 87th, while Conemaugh Township are ranked 247th).

Aubrey Dunlap and Dylan Brock scored both of Richland's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.

Meanwhile, Chestnut Ridge fell victim to Bedford and their airtight defense on Thursday. They lost 8-0 to the Bisons.

Chestnut Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Richland, their victory bumped their record up to 13-2-1.

Richland took their win against Chestnut Ridge in their previous meeting back in August by a conclusive 7-0 score. Will the Rams repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
