Game recap: Alleman High School Football Team wins against Notre Dame

PEORIA, Ill. - Alleman (Rock Island, Ill.) had its advantage, which at one point stood at 14 points, drop to seven before the final whistle blew on a 21-14 victory over Notre Dame (Peoria, Ill.).

The Pioneers led 14-7 at halftime, but the Irish recaptured the lead on a touchdown run with 8:00 left in the third.

Alleman grew its lead to nine points entering the fourth quarter. AHS scored once in the quarter on a Kylee Dorsey touchdown run.

Notre Dame (1-2) goes up against Peoria in a Midwest 10 game matchup next week, while Alleman (2-1) locks horns with Moline also in a Midwest 10 game.
