Volleyball Game Preview: Abington Heights Comets vs. Crestwood Comets

Abington Heights will face off against Crestwood at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Abington Heights will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Abington Heights made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Blue Ridge, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Abington Heights blew past Blue Ridge 3-0 on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-18, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Crestwood didn't have quite enough to beat Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday and fell 3-2. The loss put an end to the Comets' undefeated start to the season.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Crestwood sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 19-25, 25-22, 19-25, 18-16.

Having lost for the first time this season, Crestwood fell to 2-1. As for Abington Heights, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
