Chapelgate Christian Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 28 points or more this season. They really took it to Living Grace Christian for the full four quarters, racking up a 74-46 win on the road. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-18.
Chapelgate Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Julian Sabbat, who scored nine points along with nine rebounds and five assists. Sabbat is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last seven games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Justin Bishop, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds.
Meanwhile, Surrattsville suffered a tough 75-49 defeat at the hands of Largo on Tuesday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Surrattsville has scored all season.
Chapelgate Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Surrattsville, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.
Chapelgate Christian Academy won a contest that couldn't have been any closer in their previous matchup back in December of 2014, slipping by Surrattsville 68-67.
