Volleyball Recap: Valencia Gets the Win

Valencia saw some tournament action on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over the Whitney Wildcats. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Valencia's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Whitney, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-10 record this season.

Valencia didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Canyon on the 20th. As for Whitney, they will challenge Glenn at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
