Soccer Game Preview: Sterling vs. Port Arthur Memorial

The Sterling Rangers will square off against the Port Arthur Memorial Titans at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Sterling's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Last Tuesday, Sterling narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Lee 2-1. Cristopher Sanchez had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Rangers.

Meanwhile, Port Arthur Memorial came up short against West Brook on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

Sterling's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Port Arthur Memorial, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 5-3.
