If Southern Fulton was feeling good fresh off their 10-0 takedown of McConnellsburg on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Indians lost 12-5 to the Spring Mills Cardinals on Saturday. The Indians' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Brynley Schriever was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with four RBI and two doubles. Abby McCoy also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Southern Fulton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Spring Mills, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Southern Fulton will square off against North Hagerstown at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Spring Mills, they will head out to take on Smithsburg at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
