The Escondido Charter Tigers will head out to face off against the Madison Warhawks at 5:25 p.m. on Thursday. Escondido Charter is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games.

On Monday, Escondido Charter earned a 14-6 win over Lincoln. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Tigers' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 130th, while the Hornets are ranked 493rd).

One reason for the win was Escondido Charter's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks. In that department, Gilbertson was the leader with three.
