High Point Christian Academy won the last time they faced North Raleigh Christian Academy, and Jaylen Moore did his part to make sure it happened again. The Cougars simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Knights 51-14 for which the team can thank Moore, who rushed for 222 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.2 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his 13th straight game with at least 100 rushing yards dating back to last season.

High Point Christian Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Landon Davis and Henry Mathews. High Point Christian Academy got some further help from Cam Norton: he picked up a sack, made 14 total tackles (2.0 for loss), and defended one pass.

Despite the loss, North Raleigh Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Marcus Monroe, who picked up 150 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

The victory was the third in a row for High Point Christian Academy, bringing their record up to 3-0. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 9.3 points on average this season. As for North Raleigh Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

High Point Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 56-35 victory against Harrells Christian Academy on the 12th. As for North Raleigh Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 20-14 win against Wayne Christian on the 12th.
