Aaron Hill leads a balanced attack to beat South Guilford HomeSchool

The South Charlotte T Thunder had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.9 points), and they went ahead and made it eight on Monday. They came out on top against South Guilford HomeSchool by a score of 68-61. Given South Charlotte T's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 237th, while South Guilford HomeSchool is ranked 507th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

South Charlotte T got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Aaron Hill out in front who scored 16 points along with nine assists and five rebounds. Luke Graves was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and 14 rebounds.

South Charlotte T's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-8. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 80.8 points per game. As for South Guilford HomeSchool, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-16.

South Charlotte T will head out on the road to challenge Comenius at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Comenius has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 262 points over their last four contests. As for South Guilford HomeSchool, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Shining Light Academy at 8:00 p.m.
