Fairfax HomeSchool waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against Varsity Opponent as they made off with an 8-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won 14 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Madelyn Shaw, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of London Frye, who went 1-for-2 with two runs.

Fairfax HomeSchool pushed their record up to 16-4 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Fairfax HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Varsity Opponent, they have already played their next match, an 11-4 victory against Newman International Academy on the 9th.
