Aletheia Christian Academy is 0-6 against Baker since November of 2021 but things could change on Thursday. The Aletheia Christian Academy Lions will head out to challenge the Baker Gators at 7:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Tuesday, Aletheia Christian Academy came up short against Pensacola Christian Academy and fell 67-59. The loss was the Lions' first of the season.

Williamson is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Thomas Dickson, who had 18 points.

Meanwhile, Baker gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They blew past Snook Christian Academy 59-38. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Gators as it put an end to their three-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Baker got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Colton Stidham out in front who posted seven points along with eight steals. Cole Hardin was another key player, going 5 for 9 en route to 13 points plus two steals.

Baker was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Snook Christian Academy only posted four.

Having lost for the first time this season, Aletheia Christian Academy fell to 2-1. As for Baker, they pushed their record up to 1-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
