Cottage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 41-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cross Keys Phoenix. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 46-43 back in November of 2024.

Cottage's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances.
