Football Game Preview: Philo Electrics vs. John Glenn Little Muskies

The Philo Electrics are taking a road trip to square off against the John Glenn Little Muskies at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Philo came up short against Tri-Valley on Friday, falling 37-15. The Electrics haven't had much luck with the Scotties recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Meanwhile, John Glenn had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past River View, posting a 47-7 victory. Considering the Little Muskies have won four contests by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The win got John Glenn back to even at 4-4. As for Philo, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Philo didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against John Glenn in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 20-14 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Electrics since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
