Softball Recap: Plaquemine Comes Up Short

Plaquemine lost against Central Private back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Green Devils lost 19-4 to the Redhawks. The Green Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Plaquemine's record is now 11-11. As for Central Private, their win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Plaquemine will square off against Brusly at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their 17th straight victory, something the Green Devils surely won't give up without a fight. As for Central Private, they will challenge Zachary at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
