Soccer Recap: Union Comes Up Short

Union lost to Abingdon back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bears came up short against the Falcons, falling 7-0. Union have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Union now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Abingdon, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Union will venture away from home to challenge Central Wise at 7:20 p.m. on Thursday. As for Abingdon, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, an 8-0 win against John Battle on the 30th.
