Baseball Game Preview: Round Rock Westwood Warriors vs. Manor Mustangs

For the second straight game, Round Rock Westwood will face off against Manor. Round Rock Westwood will head out on the road to take on Manor at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Round Rock Westwood is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Manor a 10-0 shutout on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won five in a row.

Jake Jones was excellent, going 1-for-3 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Ridge Morgan, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Manor dropped their record down to 2-11 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Round Rock Westwood, their victory bumped their record up to 4-11-1.
