Basketball Game Preview: All Saints Episcopal Trojans vs. Lubbock Christian Eagles

The All Saints Episcopal Trojans will head out to take on the Lubbock Christian Eagles at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, All Saints Episcopal strolled past McKinney Christian Academy with points to spare, taking the game 50-36.

Meanwhile, Lubbock Christian came tearing into Tuesday's game with nine straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33.1 points), and they left with even more momentum. They took down the Knights 53-38.

Lubbock Christian pushed their record up to 25-8 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.0 points over those games. As for All Saints Episcopal, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

All Saints Episcopal took a serious blow against Lubbock Christian in their previous matchup back in February of 2021, falling 73-8. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point All Saints Episcopal was down 53-4.
