Spring Valley won the last time they faced Las Vegas and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Grizzlies were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wildcats. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Grizzlies.

Spring Valley was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-23, 25-23.

Their offense was headlined by Dylan Agustin and Yahir Pin-Torres, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Zaydeus Palado and his 25 assists. Finally, Cooper Turner kept Spring Valley's defense grounded, leading the team with ten blocks.

When it comes to explaining why Las Vegas lost, don't look at Omar Duarte. Despite the final result, he had 23 digs. Duarte has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last three times he's played.

Spring Valley pushed their record up to 8-13 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Las Vegas, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-18 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Spring Valley and Somerset Sky Pointe will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Grizzlies surely won't give up without a fight. Las Vegas does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
