Anna posted their biggest win since February 19, 2024 on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Sherman Bearcats with a sharp 66-42 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 74-70 back in January.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Anna to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lamin Foon, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. Foon is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. Karson Jones was another key player, putting up 14 points along with five assists and three steals.

Anna has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-18 record this season. As for Sherman, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-22.

Anna didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-50 defeat against Walnut Grove on the 31st. As for Sherman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 57-55 loss against Denison on the 31st.
