Softball Recap: Christchurch School Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Christchurch School can now relate to. They came up short against the Fredericksburg Christian Eagles on Monday, falling 11-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Seahorses have suffered since March 28th.

Christchurch School saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Teresa Espiritu, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one RBI.

Christchurch School's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Fredericksburg Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Christchurch School nor Fredericksburg Christian have any future games scheduled.
