Mt. Zion came tearing into Thursday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victor by a 63-40 margin over the Trion Bulldogs. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 23 points or more this season.

Mt. Zion's victory bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Trion, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-7.
