Hale had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Rogers City on Wednesday. The Eagles blew past the Hurons 3-0. The Eagles were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Hurons, so the Eagles were just returning the favor.

Hale's victory bumped their record up to 10-4-3. As for Rogers City, their defeat was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Hale will take on Michigan Lutheran Seminary at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rogers City, they will face off against Alcona at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
