Baseball Recap: Strake Jesuit Comes Up Short

Strake Jesuit managed to slip by Fulshear the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Fighting Crusaders lost 14-2 to the Chargers on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Fighting Crusaders have suffered since March 1st.

The defeat snapped Strake Jesuit's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-9 record. As for Fulshear, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6-1 record this season.

Strake Jesuit will head out on the road to square off against Bridgeland at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
