It's playoff time, and University Lab had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons with a sharp 10-4 win on Tuesday. The Cubs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matches by six runs or more this season.

University Lab has been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-10 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, their loss dropped their record down to 18-17.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: University Lab beat the Falcons by a score of 6-3 later that day.
