Basketball Recap: Wisconsin Dells Comes Up Short

Wisconsin Dells lost against Lakeside Lutheran back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Wisconsin Dells Chiefs took a 44-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lakeside Lutheran Warriors. The contest marked the Chiefs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

It was another big night for Wes Rahn, who en route to 19 points and eight rebounds for Lakeside Lutheran. Rahn's big performance that evening made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. Brady Wolfram was another key player, putting up five points and ten boards.

Wisconsin Dells' loss dropped their record down to 19-5. As for Lakeside Lutheran, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wisconsin Dells will welcome Nekoosa at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lakeside Lutheran, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Lake Mills at 7:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.
