There's no place like home for Cambridge Springs, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They breezed past the Cochranton Cardinals to the tune of 41-12 on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Devils, who have now won three games by 25 points or more so far this season.

Leading Cambridge Springs to victory were Brett Kania and Brandon Hoover. Kania rushed for 137 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries, while Hoover rushed for 121 yards and a pair of TDs. Hoover also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making ten total tackles and defending one pass.

Although Cochranton took the loss, they still got scores from Walker Carroll and Brayden Williams.

Cambridge Springs pushed their record up to 4-3 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 40.9 points this season. As for Cochranton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Cambridge Springs will challenge Maplewood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cochranton, they will square off against Lakeview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Cardinals will be up against the Sailors' rather soft defense (which has allowed 35.14 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
