After soaring to 67 points the game before, Mt. Carmel was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They had to suffer through a 70-17 loss at the hands of the Teutopolis Wooden Shoes. The defeat continues a trend for the Golden Aces in their meetings with the Wooden Shoes: they've now lost five in a row.

Mt. Carmel's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Mt. Carmel didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 73-65 win against Red Hill on the 28th. As for Teutopolis, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 61-51 victory against Fairfield on the 28th.
