Volleyball Recap: Syracuse Takes a Loss

Syracuse lost against Lakin back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Broncs by a score of 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Syracuse sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 23-25, 25-12.

Syracuse's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Lakin, their victory bumped their record up to 30-4.

Coincidentally, Syracuse and Lakin will both be playing Wichita County the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Indians at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Broncs will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
