There's no place like home for Topsail, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 7-3 victory over the Dixon Bulldogs on Thursday. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Addison Ash looked comfortable as she pitched 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
