Soccer Recap: Assumption Takes a Loss

Despite a strong season so far, Assumption has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They fell 2-0 to the East Buchanan Buccaneers on Friday. That's two games in a row now that Assumption have lost by exactly two goals.

Assumption's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5-1. As for East Buchanan, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-1-1.

Assumption wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Independence on the 16th. East Buchanan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
