Basketball Recap: Santa Fe Takes a Loss

Santa Fe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Holden Eagles, falling 53-23.

Santa Fe's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Holden, with the win, they broke their 19-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-12.

Santa Fe didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 55-18 defeat against St. Paul Lutheran on the 24th. As for Holden, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 93-48 loss against Lafayette County on the 24th.
