Soccer Recap: Seymour Takes a Loss

Seymour was the 4-1 winner over Whiteland when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Owls fell 3-1 to the Warriors on Saturday.

Seymour's goal came courtesy of Bartolome Sebastian, which was the first he's scored this season.

Seymour now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Whiteland, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.

Seymour didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 5-0 defeat against Jeffersonville on the 2nd. As for Whiteland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Decatur Central on the 2nd.
