Basketball Recap: Highland Baptist Christian Comes Up Short

Highland Baptist Christian lost against Vermilion Catholic back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Highland Baptist Christian Bears fell to the Vermilion Catholic Eagles 46-40. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Highland Baptist Christian's loss dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Vermilion Catholic, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Highland Baptist Christian will take on Westminster Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Vermilion Catholic, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ascension Episcopal at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
