Softball Recap: Campbellsville Takes a Loss

Campbellsville came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 16-1 to the Marion County Knights. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Campbellsville saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Riley Underwood, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Campbellsville's loss dropped their record down to 12-16. As for Marion County, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-9-1.

As of now, neither Campbellsville nor the Knights have any future games scheduled.
