The Meadowdale Mavericks's three-game losing streak came to an end on Saturday. They snuck past Inglemoor with a 62-57 victory. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Inglemoor's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aman Sterling, who scored 15 points along with 7 assists. Sterling scored a full 26.3% of Inglemoor's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mateo Love, who scored 17 points along with 6 rebounds.

Meadowdale's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Inglemoor, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Meadowdale will take on Everett at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Inglemoor, they will be playing at home against North Creek at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
