Volleyball Recap: Philo Takes a Loss

Philo was the 3-1 winner over Amanda-Clearcreek when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Electrics lost 3-0 to the Aces on Monday. The Electrics have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-10, 25-15.

Ava White paced Philo's offense, picking up six kills. White were helped by Riley Hampp and Halli Harris, who contributed six assists each.

Philo's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Amanda-Clearcreek, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-9 record.

Philo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Maysville on the 16th. As for Amanda-Clearcreek, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Bloom-Carroll on the 16th.
