Basketball Recap: Whitefield Academy WolfPack vs. Wesleyan Wolves
Whitefield Academy got their first taste of in-conference action on Tuesday and they started things off strong. They walked away with a 75-62 win over the Wesleyan Wolves. That's more bragging rights for the WolfPack, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Wesleyan lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Mitchell Lietz, who shot 67% from the field on his way to 21 points. Another player making a difference was Andrew Meyer, who posted 11 points and four steals.
