Soccer Game Preview: Hilton Head Prep vs. Hilton Head Christian Academy

Hilton Head Prep is 1-6 against Hilton Head Christian Academy since April of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Dolphins will head out to challenge the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Hilton Head Prep will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Hilton Head Prep was able to grind out a solid victory over Battery Creek, taking the game 3-1.

Meanwhile, Hilton Head Christian Academy kept a clean sheet against Northwood Academy on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Chargers with a sharp 7-0 win. It was an even better day for Chaz Brigstock as he scored three goals for his team.

Hilton Head Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 39 goals over those 12 contests. As for Hilton Head Prep, they pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Hilton Head Prep might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Hilton Head Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can the Dolphins avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
