Football Game Preview: Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings vs. Curie Condors + How To Watch

The Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings will head out on the road to take on the Curie Condors at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Homewood-Flossmoor not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 4, 2024 (when they won 54-6). They blew past Metea Valley 50-8. The Vikings' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Curie entered their tilt with Chicago Sullivan on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They never let the Tigers get on the board and left with a 38-0 win. The Condors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 20 points or more this season.

Curie's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Homewood-Flossmoor, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Everything came up roses for Homewood-Flossmoor against Curie in their previous matchup back in November of 2019, as the team secured a 53-6 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
