Baseball Recap: North Webster Comes Up Short

North Webster lost against D'Arbonne Woods back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. North Webster fell 4-1 to D'Arbonne Woods. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Webster's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for D'Arbonne Woods, the win snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 13-12 record.

Coming up, North Webster will head out on the road to face off against Beekman Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Beekman Charter has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.8 runs per game on average), something North Webster will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for D'Arbonne Woods, they will square off against Calvary Baptist Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (D'Arbonne Woods 3.9, Calvary Baptist Academy 4) so any runs scored will be well earned.
