Soccer Recap: West Feliciana Comes Up Short

West Feliciana pushed their score to eight the last time they played Central, but on Wednesday they couldn't quite do it again. The West Feliciana Saints fell 2-0 to the Central Wildcats. The Saints were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2020.

This is the second loss in a row for West Feliciana and nudges their season record down to 2-7. As for Central, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Feliciana will host McKinley at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Central, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Central challenge the Thibodaux at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
