Lakeshore had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. Everything went their way against the Walker Wildcats as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Lakeshore has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Walker, too.
Lakeshore walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-13, 25-21.
Despite the loss, Walker had strong showings from Audrey Ferrand, who had 15 digs, seven kills, and 11 assists, and Lily Vetter, who had 20 digs. Vetter is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in the last 16 games she's played.
Lakeshore has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-12 record this season. As for Walker, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 18-12.
