Rivercrest falls despite strong effort from Mykayla Banks

Recap: Rivercrest Colts vs. Izard County Cougars
The Rivercrest Colts were the 52-44 winner over the Izard County Cougars when they last played one another back in January of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Rivercrest took a 72-54 bruising from Izard County on Saturday. Rivercrest has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Rivercrest still got an impressive performance from Mykayla Banks, who scored 20 points along with four steals. Another player making a difference was Destiny Burks, who scored 15 points.
Rivercrest's defeat dropped their record down to 15-10. As for Izard County, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-5.
Rivercrest does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Izard County also has no future games currently scheduled.
