It's playoff time, and McDowell had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let the State College Little Lions get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory on Saturday. McDowell might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by three goals or more this season.

McDowell pushed their record up to 14-6 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those seven matches. As for State College, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-8-2 record this season.

McDowell will be playing at home against Seneca Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. State College does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
