Volleyball Recap: New Hampton Takes a Loss

New Hampton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Hempstead Mustangs.

New Hampton's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Hempstead, their victory bumped their record up to 8-6.

New Hampton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Denver on the 20th. As for Hempstead, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Humboldt on the 20th.
