Basketball Recap: South Garland's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

South Garland came into Thursday's game having lost 16 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Molina Jaguars on Thursday, sneaking past 55-52.

South Garland's victory bumped their record up to 2-16. As for Molina, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

South Garland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 51-40 win against North Dallas on the 26th. As for Molina, they will square off against White at 5:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
