Bartlett Yancey extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Lyndsey Smithers. The Buccaneers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Walkertown Wolfpack on Tuesday thanks in part to Smithers, who had 20 assists and four digs. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

While Bartlett Yancey won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 27-25, 25-13.

Bartlett Yancey's win bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Walkertown, their defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-7.

Bartlett Yancey has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against McMichael on the 15th. As for Walkertown, they will face off against Lincolnton at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
