Basketball Preview: Key West Conchs vs. NSU University Sharks
The Key West Conchs are taking a road trip to take on the NSU University Sharks at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Key West is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.1 points per game this season.
Last Wednesday, Key West didn't have quite enough to beat Marathon and fell 55-53. The Conchs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tramane Scott put forth a good effort for the losing side as he almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 13 rebounds. Meanwhile, NSU University entered their tilt with Lake Worth on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Trojans by a score of 63-56.
NSU University has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 13-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.8 points per game. As for Key West, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
Key West was dealt a bruising 88-38 defeat at the hands of NSU University in their previous meeting back in December of 2022. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Key West was down 48-20.
